Meet the Team

Jeff Mason  (Father)

Jeff has more than 25 years experience in mechanical and product engineering.  He is the named inventor on over fifty US patents.  His innovative designs helped grow a business from a start-up to a hundred and fifty million dollar company in only thirteen years.  Jeff's ability to think "out of the box" helps make the Mason Motorsports products a step above the competition.

Neal Mason  (son)

Neal inherited his father's natural mechanical aptitude.  He attended UTI automotive school and graduated at the top of his class.  The knowledge he acquired has been invaluable especially since a good portion of UTI's curriculum focused on suspension geometry.  Neal has been involved in sand sports, including building off-road cars since 1997.  He has an extensive knowledge of the available parts and components and the advantages and disadvantages of each.

Robert Mason  (son)

Robert was also a graduate of UTI and, like his brother; he also graduated at the top of his class.  Following his graduation he was invited to attend the Mercedes Benz special training classes.  After completing the special training, he went on to work as an automotive technician at a Mercedes Benz dealership.  He joined the Mason Motorsports team January 2007.  Robert's experience at Mercedes Benz has been especially helpful for the electrical and final assembly phases of the builds.
